Event Navigation

We all want to have good relationships with the people we care about. We know that when we feel our relationships are going well, we feel healthier, have less stress and feel more comfortable in living life more fully.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • The basics about emotional connections and attachment as it relates to your partnership/friendships
  • About ways to interrupt negative emotional cycles that create emotional distance and distress
  • How to repair, refuel and reconnect with someone when there has been a breach
  • To feel more confident about sustaining a caring relationship and why this really matters

This workshop is appropriate for couples and any individual who wants to better understand their part in a meaningful relationship.
